Fab festival in Plymouth
Every October, the city comes alive as it showcases a melee of multiculturalism with musical performances, dance and art displays from a host of different backgrounds.
Taking place around the Guildhall and City Centre Piazza, the event also gives tourists and locals alike the opportunity to sample cuisine from across the world.
With cultures represented including Thai, Nigerian, Lebanese and Greek, visitors are sure to find something for them.
However, as the two-day event is predicted to bring in some 20,000 revellers, those wishing to get in on the action could be advised to get down to the festival early.
Meanwhile, those looking to continue a perfect break in Plymouth could also stop off at the Barbican.
