Get into the groove with annual Stratford festival
Taking place every October, the week-long Stratford-upon-Avon Music Festival features a variety of acts performing throughout the town, in addition to various events taking place in nearby Southam, Clifford Chambers and Shipston-on-Stour.
As well as a host of classical music performances by British artists there will also be the chance to take in works by composers from across the world.
Meanwhile, there will also be a number of jazz and folk concerts, not to mention events catering specifically for families and opera performances.
However, those spending a couple of days in the Midlands town should not just stop with the musical festival with the amazing Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre just two more of the astounding attractions available.
Tourists could also be well advised to take a boat ride up the mesmerising River Avon.
