Splash out at Plymouth aquarium
By taking the plunge at the city's National Marine Aquarium (NMA), tourists and locals alike will be able to observe a whole host of sea creatures such as sharks and seahorses.
There will also be the chance to learn more about the conservation efforts being exercised to protect these magnificent animals.
Meanwhile, the Waterfront Gallery hosts a variety of water-themed art exhibitions.
In addition, visitors can relax with a bite to eat at the NMA's cafe which offers spectacular panoramic views of the harbour before stopping off at the shop where they will be able to purchase a wide range of marine-related items.
And claiming to be the country's "foremost aquarium", attracting more than two million visits since it opened six years ago, you can be sure of having both an educational and entertaining time.
Other attractions in Plymouth include the Central Library and historic City Museum and Art Gallery.
