Cork's cracking Crawford Art Gallery
Fans of 18th century Irish art will be able to observe works by local painters such as Nathaniel Grogan and James Barry which form part of the gallery's permanent collection.
Meanwhile, pieces by artists such as Patrick Scott, Jack B Yates and William Leech are just some of the other items on display, in addition to a print by Pablo Picasso.
There are also glassworks, DVDs and statutes to behold, as the Irish gallery also displays a variety of temporary exhibitions.
Those visitors looking for a break from the various displays can stop for a variety of snacks and refreshments at the Gallery Cafe, before browsing the gift shop for some souvenirs.
For a further sense of culture, tourists may also wish to visit the Cork Vision Centre which in addition to being the location for numerous art exhibitions features a 1:500 scale replica model of the city.
