Great culture in Bruges
Situated on Dijver 17, close to the Church of Our Lady, the museum - which is housed in a beautiful gothic mansion - contains a wide range of items giving visitors an insight into what life was like between the 15th and 19th centuries.
Tourists will be able to take in a wondrous collection of furniture, glassware, coins and carpets.
In addition, there will be the chance to observe numerous sculptures including a Baroque memorial of King Charles II and household objects.
And with the museum open every day of the week with the exception of Mondays, visitors should find that they have plenty of time to take in the stunning array of exhibits.
Those wishing to continue a fantastic break in the city may also wish to check out the Groeninge Museum which displays a wide variety of European art.
