Mixture of music and winter sports at Boarderweek Festival
Every year, the French ski resort hosts the Boarderweek Festival allowing ski and snowboard tourists of all abilities to learn how to pull tricks off tables and rails in a fun park, under the guidance of professional riders.
And after carving the slopes, visitors can take it easy as they relax with live performances from some top musicians.
Those wanting a less-active break can also watch a number of contests, take in a motocross freestyle demonstration and test some of the latest gear from sports equipment suppliers.
But with some 10,000 people attending the annual event, those wanting to be a part of Boarderweek should get their skates on.
Other fantastic ski resorts in France include Val d'Isere which has a number of activities for tourists to take part in, including parasailing and husky rides.
